What if I've lost my certificate?
To request a replacement certificate, you must submit a written request containing the following:- your full name
- DOB
- the approximate date of your exam, e.g. April 2002
- a photocopy of your passport or UK photo drivers licence
- a cheque for £10, made payable to 'CFA Society of the UK'

Please note that all replacement certificates will be awarded from 'The CFA Society of the UK'.
